Okay, so I’ve been thinking about getting a Ragdoll cat for a while now. They’re just so fluffy and chill, you know? And I finally decided to take the plunge and see what’s available around Massachusetts. Here’s how it went down.
My Ragdoll Hunt Begins
First, I fired up my laptop and started with a simple search. Just typed in “ragdoll cats for sale in ma” to see what would pop up. I figured that would be the easiest way to get a general idea of what’s out there.

I spent a good chunk of time just browsing through different websites. Saw a bunch of cute kitty pictures, which, honestly, was half the fun. I wasn’t in a huge rush, so I just took my time looking at all the different options.
Digging Deeper
After I got a feel for the general landscape, I started to narrow down my search. I was trying to find breeders or maybe even rescue organizations that seemed reputable. I read some reviews.
I looked up a few breeders. Checked out their websites, and looked for any red flags.
Making Contact
Once I found a couple of places that seemed promising, I decided to reach out. I sent a few emails, just introducing myself and asking some basic questions. Things like, “Do you have any kittens available?” and “What’s the process like?” Stuff like that.
Still Searching…
I am still waiting for some reply. But all in all, it is going as planed. I am excited for any good news.
