Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this whole Siberian Husky champion bloodline thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. I figured I’d share my little adventure with you guys, from the beginning to where I’m at now.
It all started a few months back. I’ve always loved Siberian Huskies, with their striking blue eyes and wolf-like appearance. I thought it would be cool to dive deeper into their lineage, maybe even try my hand at showing them, who knows? So, I jumped in.

First thing I did was hit up the internet, like anyone would, right? I was looking for any info on top Siberian Husky breeders, show dogs, you name it. Found some interesting stuff about a site called *, which apparently ranks show dogs based on how many other dogs they’ve beaten in competitions. It’s kind of like a dog show leaderboard, which was pretty neat. I also stumbled upon Topaz Siberians, who seem to have some top-winning AKC champion Huskies. They looked amazing, I gotta say.
Then I remembered seeing a book about Siberian Husky champions somewhere. I dug around and finally found it. It was a few years old, but still a treasure trove of information about the different bloodlines and what makes a champion Husky. I spent days just reading through that thing. It was eye-opening, to say the least.
Next, I wanted to see these champion dogs in action, so I checked out some dog show schedules. Found a few local ones and even a couple of big national shows. It’s a whole different world out there, let me tell you. I learned about obedience trials, top kennels, and even found some places online where people sell or stud their dogs. It’s all quite a big deal, this dog show thing.
But the real fun began when I decided to try and trace the lineage of some of these top-ranked Huskies on *. Armed with the dogs’ names, I started my little investigation. It was like being a detective, but for dog pedigrees. I was jumping between websites, cross-referencing information, and slowly but surely, I started to piece together some pretty impressive family trees.
Where I’m At Now
So, here’s where I’m at now. I haven’t bred or shown any Huskies myself yet, but I’ve got a solid understanding of what to look for in a champion bloodline. I’ve learned so much about the breed’s history, the different kennels, and the characteristics that make a show-winning Husky.
- I can trace back the lineage of several top dogs.
- I know which kennels to keep an eye on.
- I’ve even started to develop an eye for spotting a potential champion.
It’s been a fun and educational journey so far. I am still learning new things every day, and who knows, maybe one day I’ll have my own champion Siberian Husky to brag about. But for now, I’m just happy to share my little adventure with you all. Hope you found it at least a little bit interesting!
