I went there last week, needed some chicken feed. My hens been layin’ like crazy, bless their hearts, need to keep ’em fed good so they keep on producin’ them eggs. The fella there, he was real helpful. Showed me right where it was, even helped me load it into my truck. Good folks, they are. Always polite and willin’ to lend a hand.
You can find their hours and directions easy enough. Just look ’em up online, or in that yellow book thing, if you still got one of them. They even got coupons sometimes, save you a little extra money. And Lord knows, every penny counts these days.
Heard some folks sayin’ they got good reviews too. Guess that ain’t surprisin’, seein’ as how they treat folks right and have just about everything you could ever need. People seem to like ’em on that Facebook thing too. My niece is always on that Facebook, showin’ me pictures of cats and such. Kids these days, always on them phones.
They’re right there on Appian Way, number 515, I think it is. Can’t miss it. Big ol’ store, plenty of parkin’. Easy to get in and out, even with my old truck. And if you need to call ’em, their number’s somethin’ like five-one-oh, two-two-three, three-four-eight-three. I ain’t good with numbers, but that’s somethin’ close to it, I reckon.
They even got hay! Imagine that. Hay! Said you can even get a bale for a party. Now, what kind of party needs hay, I ain’t got no idea. Maybe one of them fancy city parties, where they try to be all country-fied. Who knows? But if you need it, they got it. That’s the important thing.
So yeah, if you got animals, and you need supplies, El Sobrante Feed and Pet Supply is the place to go. Don’t waste your time goin’ anywhere else. They got it all, and they’ll treat you right. That’s what I appreciates about them.
I always say, support your local businesses, y’know? These big chains, they don’t care about nothin’ but money. But these local folks, they care about their customers, they care about the community. And that’s worth somethin’, I tell ya.
