Alright, let me tell you about this fella, Dr. Peter McCullough, saw him on the news the other day. Just the News, that’s what it was called. Now, I ain’t no fancy doctor or nothin’, just a regular person, but I listened to what he had to say, and I’ll try to tell ya what I understood.

This Dr. McCullough, he’s a heart doctor, you know, one of them fellas that pokes around your chest and listens to your ticker. They call it an “internist” too, which I guess means he knows a whole heap about what’s goin’ on inside ya. He was talkin’ about all sorts of things, medical stuff, you know.
He was on TV, talkin’ plain as day, though some of it was a bit over my head, if I’m bein’ honest. He’s got this way of explainin’ things, kinda straightforward like, not like them other doctors who use all them big words you can’t even understand. But even then, some of it was still kinda fuzzy to me.
- He talked a lot about, well, you know, that sickness that’s been goin’ around. Said a whole bunch about how to treat it and what to do if you get it. Talked about medicines and such. Now, I ain’t gonna tell ya what medicines to take or nothin’, that ain’t my place. You gotta talk to your own doctor about that.
- He also went on about keepin’ yourself healthy. Said somethin’ about eatin’ right and gettin’ some exercise. Nothin’ new there, I always say a good walk does ya wonders. And eatin’ your greens, that’s important too, just like my mama always told me.
- And then there was this bit about… um… how do I say it… about the government and them health people. He didn’t seem too happy with ’em, said they weren’t doin’ things right, not tellin’ the whole story. Said somethin’ about “early treatment” bein’ important, real important.
Now, I ain’t sayin’ he’s right or wrong, mind you. I’m just tellin’ ya what I heard this Dr. McCullough fella say on the news. He seemed like a smart fella, knew his stuff. But like I said, I ain’t no doctor, so I can’t say for sure. You gotta make up your own mind about these things.
He kept sayin’ somethin’ about “following the science”. Now, I ain’t sure what all that science is about, but it sounds important. He seems to think that some folks ain’t followin’ it right. He was real passionate about it, you could tell. He wants people to be healthy and get the right treatment, that much was clear.
He also talked about some other doctors and scientists, some he agreed with, some he didn’t. It’s all a bit confusin’ if you ask me, all these experts sayin’ different things. But Dr. McCullough, he seemed pretty sure of himself, that’s for sure. He had this serious look on his face the whole time, like he was tryin’ to get somethin’ important across.

There was this part where he talked about… oh, what was it now? It was about… treatin’ the sickness early, right when you start feelin’ bad. He said waitin’ too long could be real bad, make things worse. Said somethin’ about gettin’ the right medicine right away. Now, I don’t know nothin’ about that, but he seemed real concerned about it.
He also mentioned somethin’ about how this whole thing has been handled, said it could have been done better. Said there were mistakes made, and people suffered because of it. He was pretty blunt about it, didn’t mince words. I guess that’s what you expect from a doctor, straight talk and no sugar-coatin’.
So, that’s about it, what I remember from seein’ Dr. McCullough on Just the News. Like I said, I’m just a regular person, not a doctor or nothin’. But I thought it was important enough to share. You can look him up yourself, if you want to learn more. He’s got a lot to say, that Dr. McCullough, and it seems like a whole lot of people are listenin’ to him.
