Okay, so the new Garfield movie is out, and my kids were begging me to take them. Here’s how I figured out where it was playing and got us some seats.
Find the Movie Times
First, I just grabbed my phone and did a quick search for “garfield movie playing near me”. I mean, who needs to type in a whole website address anymore?

The search results page, you know, it popped right up with a bunch of options. It showed me a list of theaters close by, and all the showtimes for the day, It’s was pretty neat.
Choosing a Theater and Time
We have a few theaters in our town, I already know about it, so I needed to pick one. I Looked at the showtimes that worked best with our schedule.
- Consider Location: I have a theater that’s super close, like a five-minute drive, but sometimes their screens are kinda small.
- Check Showtimes: I wanted an afternoon showing, so it wouldn’t mess with bedtime too much.
I found one, the showtimes is good for us, so that’s all.
Final Step: Go to Movie
Finally, double-checked everything – movie, theater, time. I told the kids to get ready, and go to the Movie.
