Okay, so “Garfield Days Milwaukee 2024” – sounds fun, right? I figured I’d give it a shot and see what it was all about. Here’s how it went down, from start to finish.
First, I had to figure out what this whole thing even was. A quick search told me it was some kind of event related to, well, Garfield, the cat. Sounded quirky enough, so I started digging.
Getting the Info
I spent a good chunk of time just trying to find solid information. I mean, there was the, but it really didn’t have too much in the way of details. So I did what anyone do.
- Scrolled through a bunch of websites.
- Checked out some social media posts.
- Basically, pieced together whatever I could find.
Making the Plan
After I had hunted all information. I decided to join the event with my friends.
Once I had a somewhat clearer picture, I started planning. I thought the date that looked interesting ,then started plotting out how to get there.
I contacted my *,we decided that day to join.
The Actual Day
We got to the * were a bunch of people, many are wearing orange.
We tried all games and activities.It was so fun!
Honestly, the day itself was a bit of a blur of orange. I remember:
- Seeing a giant Garfield.
- Eating a lot of foods.(maybe not lasagna, though).
- Taking a bunch of photos, just to prove I was there.
Final Thoughts
Would I do it again? Maybe! It was definitely an experience. I still have a ton of pictures. We had a good time. And hey, who doesn’t love Garfield, at least a little bit?
