Well, let me tell ya ’bout these here white Ragdoll cats with blue eyes. They somethin’ else, they are. Real pretty things, like little fluffy clouds with sapphires for eyes.
First off, most of ’em, near ’bout all, got these bright blue eyes. Like, the kind that stare right through ya, ya know? But sometimes, just sometimes, you get one with only one blue eye. Heard tell them cats can’t hear so good on that side, but they get along just fine, don’t you worry none.

Now, where these cats come from, that’s a bit of a story. Some woman, Ann Baker her name was, out in California way back when, she started breedin’ ’em. Mixed ’em with some other fancy cats, Persians I think they called ‘em. Anyways, she come up with these blue-eyed beauties.
White Ragdoll cats, they got that pure white fur, clean as a whistle. Makes them blue eyes pop even more. They like little angels, if angels had fur and liked to nap in sunbeams.
- Eye Color: Most got blue eyes, some just one (might be deaf on that side, but they okay)
- Fur Color: White, pure white, like fresh snow.
- Temperament: Gentle and loving, good house cats.
- Grooming: Need some brushin’, but not too much fuss.
If you’re thinkin’ ’bout gettin’ one, you gotta be ready to shell out some cash. These ain’t no barn cats, no sir. They can cost ya anywhere from a few hundred to a couple thousand dollars, dependin’ on how fancy they are. Show cats, they cost the most, but even the regular ones ain’t cheap.
But lemme tell ya, they worth it. These cats, they so sweet and gentle. They like to follow ya around, rub up against yer legs, and purr like a little motor. They ain’t no trouble at all, mostly just want to be loved and petted. Good indoor cats, they are. Don’t need to be roamin’ around outside causin’ mischief.
Now, some folks worry ’bout the sheddin’. All cats shed, that’s just the way it is. But these Ragdolls, they ain’t too bad. Just gotta brush ’em every now and again, keep them tangles out. Get yerself a good steel comb, that’s what I use. Works a treat.
You know, there’s somethin’ special ’bout them blue eyes. Makes ’em look so innocent and sweet. Makes ya just wanna cuddle ’em up and never let go. And that white fur, it so soft and fluffy. Like pettin’ a cloud, I tell ya.
If you really want to make sure them eyes stay bright and blue, there’s things you can do. Good food, that’s important. And keepin’ ’em healthy, of course. But mostly, it’s just in their genes. Some cats got bright blue eyes, some don’t. That’s just the way it is.

Now, if you get a white cat with blue eyes, there’s a small chance it might be deaf or partially deaf. Not always, mind you, but it happens. Doesn’t make them any less lovable, though. They just a little bit different, that’s all.
So, if you’re lookin’ for a pretty cat that’s gentle and lovin’, a white Ragdoll cat with blue eyes might just be the ticket. They ain’t cheap, but they worth every penny. They’ll fill your home with love and purrs, and that’s somethin’ money can’t buy. Just remember to give ’em lots of pets and scratches, and they’ll be your best friend for life. They really are somethin’ special, these white Ragdolls. Just look at them eyes… like lookin’ into a clear blue sky on a summer day.
