Well, let me tell you somethin’ about these full grown corgi terrier mix dogs. They ain’t your average lap dog, no sir! These fellas are a mix, see? Corgi and Terrier all mixed up in one furry package. This full grown corgi terrier mix, now that’s a dog with some spunk!

They’re like that one cousin of mine, always gettin’ into somethin’. Full of energy, they are! You gotta keep an eye on ’em, or they’ll be diggin’ up your flower beds or chasin’ the mailman. They come from them herding dogs, you know, the Corgis. So they like to be busy, keepin’ things in order. Makes ’em happy, I reckon.

And the terrier in ’em? Oh, that just adds to the fun. Makes ’em a bit feisty, sometimes. They got that “I’m the boss” attitude, even though they’re knee-high to a grasshopper. But they’re good dogs, loyal as the day is long. They get to be about 22 to 30 pounds when they’re all grown up. Not too big, not too small. Just right for a good cuddle, if they’ll sit still long enough! And they stand about 10 to 12 inches. Their body is long, though.

Now, these full grown corgi terrier mix pups, they need a firm hand. You gotta show ’em who’s boss, or they’ll run the whole show. They’re smart, though, I’ll give ’em that. Learn tricks real quick, especially if there’s a treat involved. They’re friendly, too. Love to play and be around people.

  • They love their families. They stick to you like glue.
  • They like kids, these dogs. Good with the little ones, long as they’re taught to be gentle.
  • They’re not yappy, but they will bark if someone’s at the door. Good watchdogs, they are.
  • If you’re going to get a full grown corgi terrier mix, you need to take care of their coats. It’s thick and they have a double coat, so you need to brush them, more than once a week!

These corgi terrier mix, they are not for everyone. If you want a dog that just lays around all day, this ain’t it. They need walks, playtime, somethin’ to keep ’em busy. Otherwise, they get bored, and a bored dog is a naughty dog! You gotta tire ’em out, then they’re happy to snuggle up on the couch with you.

My neighbor, she got one of these full grown corgi terrier mix dogs a while back. Named him Buster. He’s a handful, that one. Always bringin’ her things he finds in the yard. Sticks, rocks, even a dead bird once! But she loves him to pieces. Says he’s the best dog she’s ever had.

Now, about their looks. They got those short little Corgi legs, but they’re a bit stockier, thanks to the Terrier in ’em. Their fur can be all sorts of colors. Some are brown, some are black, some are even a mix of colors. They got those perky ears that stand straight up, always listenin’ for somethin’. And their eyes, oh, they’re so expressive! You can almost tell what they’re thinkin’ just by lookin’ at ’em.

If you’re thinkin’ about gettin’ a full grown corgi terrier mix, you gotta be ready to put in the work. They need trainin’, exercise, and lots of love. But if you do it right, you’ll have a best friend for life. They’re loyal, loving, and full of personality. They’ll make you laugh, they’ll make you crazy, but they’ll always be there for you. They make great family pets. I reckon they are a good choice of dog. I had a dog like that once, he was a good boy. Always happy to see me.

Gettin’ one of these dogs into your life, it’s a good thing. You bring them home, they become a part of your family. It’s a good way to have them in your life. It’s like addin’ another member to the family, really. They bring a lot of joy, even with all their quirks. They might dig in the garden or chase after squirrels, but at the end of the day, they’re just happy to be with you. Makes all the trouble worthwhile, I reckon.

So, that’s what I know about these full grown corgi terrier mix dogs. They’re a special breed, that’s for sure. Not for everyone, but if you’re lookin’ for a dog with a big heart and a lot of energy, this might just be the dog for you. Just remember what I said about the trainin’ and the exercise. And the love. Lots and lots of love. That’s the most important thing. They are good dogs. Energetic and lively, but they are good dogs. You’ll see, just give them a chance.
