Okay, so I’ve been totally obsessed with Ragdoll cats lately, especially the cream point ones. They’re just so fluffy and gorgeous! I decided to dive deep and learn everything I could about them, and, well, it turned into a bit of a project. Here’s how it all went down:
First Steps: The Obsession Begins
It all started with a picture, I think. I saw this adorable cream point Ragdoll kitten online, and I was instantly smitten. Those blue eyes, that fluffy coat… I had to know more.
I began by searching some basic descriptions of them.I wanted to get a good feel for what makes a cream point Ragdoll a cream point Ragdoll.
Digging Deeper: Color and Genetics (Oh Boy!)
Next, I found out that cream point Ragdolls are basically a diluted version of the red or orange color gene. and the “point” part refers to the color being darker on their ears, face, paws, and tail. The body is a beautiful, light cream *’s all about genetics, apparently.
The Hunt: Finding Breeders and Kittens
Of course, once you know everything about them, you start thinking about, well, getting one.I started looking at some breeder’s informations, I searched a lots of cat’s picture.
- I had to be super * many things to check to make sure I got the right cat.
- I had to make sure it was a reputable breeder.
Fell in Love with those lovely cats.
I finally found my lovely cream point Ragdoll cat!
I was so excited. I prepared a lot for it, bought a lot of cat food, cat litter, cat toys, and everything else. I took good care of my cream point Ragdoll cat, bathed it, and combed its hair every day. Although it was a lot of hard work, it was all worth it because I felt so happy in the end!
